We will send you a guitar shipping box with a prepaid shipping label. Select which service you need at the bottom of this page. This will initiate your consultation and quote. When you receive your box, follow the provided shipping instructions.

Ship Your Guitar to Us

We make it easy to send your guitar to us for custom setup work & repairs.

  1. Purchase this box with a repair deposit.
  2. We send you a box folded flat. Open it and tape together.
  3. It comes with a prepaid label to ship your guitar to us.
  4. Follow the packing instructions. All shipments are insured.
  5. We work on your instrument and send it back to you.

High quality, experienced and knowledgeable luthiers can be hard to find. We are known for world-class Setup & Repair work on acoustic and electric guitars.

Instructions:

You will receive your shipping box flat, folded, taped up. Cut the tape along the edges and it will easily unfold. You will need packing tape and proper packing material, such as bubble wrap for padding to protect and ship your instrument. You will find detailed packaging and shipping instructions attached to the box when you receive it.

Shipping Policy:

We charge a flat rate of $35 for this box. This charge does not include your repair deposit or estimated total. Shipments are fully insured both ways.

FAQ's

What happens after I make the deposit?

We will contact you within 24 hours for a consultation and then we’ll provide you with a full quote for services. If you approve the quote we will then send you the pre-paid shipping box with instructions. You can also ship the guitar yourself if preferred and you don’t need the box from us.

What if I don’t approve the final quote and decide not to send my guitar? 

If you don’t want to proceed after the consultation and quote, we will happily refund your deposit. If we send you the pre-labeled box after the consultation and then you change your mind, you keep the box.

What is included in the quote?

The quote is for the labor portion of the service only. It does not include strings, parts, or the return shipping fee. Your initial deposit gets applied toward the final total with your shipping costs.

How do I pack my guitar safely?

You must have a hard case. You will also need some packing material and packing tape. Follow our instructions when you receive our shipping box. All shipments are fully insured for the approximate value of your instrument.

How long does this process take?

We’ll contact you again as soon as we get your instrument. Repairs generally take 4-6 weeks to complete after that. Restoration work can take up to 6 months.
